Personal Loan Rate Report.
November 2026.
Published APRs, fees, amounts and terms from 17 US lenders, taken from each lender's own pages. Figures as of November 4, 2026; this report is final at month end.
Published ranges, not personalized offers. Your rate depends on your application.
Key findings
The narrowest published APR range belongs to Citi (8.25 points); the widest to Happen Bank (30.03 points). A wide range means the rate you are offered depends heavily on your credit and the loan you choose, so the starting APR alone says little about what you will pay.
Changes this month
This is the first edition. Tracking began on November 2, 2026, so it sets the baseline; from the next edition, each report lists every published change recorded during its month, with the old and new figure.

How this report is built
- Every figure comes from the lender's own official pages, saved with the exact quote and the date it was checked; each lender is re-checked weekly.
- A starting APR is the best rate a lender publishes. It usually needs excellent credit and can require autopay, a relationship discount, a minimum loan size or a short term; where the lender states those conditions, we show them.
- The middle values are medians across the lenders listed. A lender with no published figure is left out of that figure, not counted as zero.
- Past reports are rebuilt from the dated record of each value, so they show what lenders published at the time.
- These are published ranges, not offers or recommendations. Lenders are listed by starting APR, not ranked by quality.
